This 130 mq flat is really wide and composed by a kitchen, 4 single bedrooms, one bathroom, a hall, an utility room and a large balcony with a view on Milan skyline.
The apartment is well-furnished and includes TV, oven, familiar fridge and washingmachine.
It's also possible to put to use a single bedroom as double room, in this case the price is 260 euros per head. The double room is rent ONLY when tenants know each other!
The deposit for water, light and gas bill is around 80 euros per month and the common expenditure is 240 euros to be divided among the tenants (4 or 5 at most). We rent for,at least, one year stays under regular contract.
This flat lies 200m from the Maciachini underground (yellow line), on the 7th floor (with lift), in a well-provided area with many activities throughout around.
